19 year old Jake Cook is from Kennewick Washington, on the Columbia River.

He started fishing tournaments in 2005, at the age of 14.

 2009 Junior Bassmaster World Champion, in the 15-18 year old division Taveres, Florida

2009 Junior Washington State Champion

2009 Junior Western Division champion

In 2010, Jake will be fishing the Northwest Bass Challenge Circuit and the BASS Federation Nation qualifiers.  He plans to start fishing the Bassmaster Opens in a couple of years, and try to qualify for the elite series.

  Favorite fishing style is fishing reaction baits

"For Plastics there is none better than Big Bite... My all time favorite is Old Ugly. Big Bites 3.5 inch tube.... we just call it old ugly. Also, the Trick Stick, and Brush Pig are my other "go to" plastics. "




 Crappie USA :


Warren Cotton and Kirk Lewis of Memphis, Tennessee 

Winner's of the Crappie USA $10,000 Super Event on the Pickwick/Wilson Lakes at Sheffield, Alabama. 

Cotton and Lewis also won the 2012 Crappie USA qualifying event at Washington Lake in Washington County, Mississippi where Warren and Kirk took an overwhelming victory weighing in 7 crappie totaling 15.17 pounds.  Each team is allowed to weigh in their top 7 fish for the day. Warren and Kirk caught 35 fish for the day using orange/chartreuse Big Bite Baits slow trolling in 12 feet of water on the west end of the lake. "This is one of the heaviest weights in years for 7 fish we've seen and would be in the record territory on most lakes", said Van Vactor.

Congrats to the Rome, Georgia Big Bite Team of Kevin Randall and John Hendrix on winning the February 26th Crappie USA tournament on Alabama's Weiss Lake with a total weight of 10.51 pounds and earning $1,100. Kevin and John were fishing Little Lake using pink/blue/chartreuse Big Bite Baits with silver flake. The team was fishing in various depths long line trolling to catch over 50 fish during the day. These anglers were competing for not only cash and prizes, but a chance to advance to the prestigious 2011 Cabelas Crappie USA Classic. Way to go guys!
